* For Xinjiang, it is strongly suspected that the numbers of individuals prosecuted do not include those prosecuted by the procuratorates of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (XPCC), as the yearbook procuratorate sections do not list these and military procuratorates in their domain of consideration. Yearbook court sections do appear to include the XPCC, however.
