chronology of detention(s)

Arrested on 28 October 2016 in Kiriye, Hoten city and sentenced to 2 years in prison. Transferred to a concentration camp in Urumqi on the day the sentence expired (28 October 2018). Underwent forced labour at the factories until May 2019 and was released in June 2019 due to illness. He was then arrested again in September 2019 and transferred to Hoten city, but it is unknown whether he is currently in a concentration camp or has been sentenced to prison.
