Turlysh(Tuluxi) Nurqasymbaiqyzy is a retired teacher and holds a Kazakhstan Permanent Resident card. She was summoned by her ex-work unit (a school where she had worked prior to retiring) on January 5, 2017. She came back to KZ after 2-3 months, stayed 15 days, and then went back again on March 15 as she was told to do so. However, she had her passport seized and has been unable to come back since.
