Returning to Urumqi, he founded the Xinjiang Bilkuch Library, located under his company office (the Xinjiang Bilkuch Culture & Media LTD, 新疆笔力科旗文化传媒有限公司). Well-known intellectuals such as Abduqadir Jalalidin, Yalqun Rozi, and Zulpiqar Barat all gave lectures at this library.
