about the victim

Hajiekber Abdumijit, from Kashgar, was the only child of Mijit Haji, one of the owners of Kashgar's Saltanat Restaurant (across from the Seman Hotel). He studied in Egypt and then in Turkey for some time, before returning to Xinjiang in mid-2016. He was planning to learn from his father and take over the business.
