He had met his wife three times at the Qorgas Boundary cooperation center. The last time was in July 2019. He has been living in Kazakhstan since May 2019 to be able to see his wife at the border.

The testifier would renew his Chinese visa every time going back to Turkey and since September 2019 he couldn't get a visa.
Testimony 3: He says that he talks to his wife and daughter on the phone, but cannot go there. He has applied for Visa several times, but his applications were rejected and he was warned that if he applies for visa again, he will get a red stamp on his passport. He is going to apply for visa at the end of this month.
