Eli Abduqadir is from Bazarboyi Village, Yawa Township, Qaraqash Qounty, 51 years old (this year), has got four children and he is an ordinary driver. According to the testifier, Mr. Eli was arrested and taken into camps on the account of having taken his mother to Makka and stopped in Egypt. He faced harsh physical punishment in the No.3 detention center in Hoten Prefecture and the testifier witnessed the punishment and in order to get rid of the punishment, he admitted "his crimes" which are "having done separatism" and terrorism. The testifier said that he was with Mr. Eli in No.3 detention center in Hoten in July 2017 and he doesn’t know how long he was sentenced. According to the news report, when they had a phone interview with a police officer from Yawa Village police station, the officer confirmed that he was from this village and was detained but he has no idea why Mr. Eli detained.

[It is not clear which village this Bazarboyi is, as there is no Bazarboyi in Yawa, though there are Bazarboyi villages in nearby Qarasay and Urchi Townships.]
