Rozi Hemdul (also known as Rozihaji Hemdul/Hemdulla) was a real-estate mogul and owner of Xinjiang Rozi Haji LTD and Korla Chilanbagh Property LTD.

He is originally from the No. 2 Group in Shaqur Village, Lengger Township in Korla (库尔勒市兰干乡夏库尔村), where he started his career by selling pears and developing orchards, before going into the restaurant business and eventually real estate. He is a father of four.

He was arrested at his home in Urumqi. It is unclear where he is serving his prison sentence.

Arrested in October 2017 and originally taken to a "camp", according to the testifier. He was later sentenced to 25 years in prison, with his business assets, around 98 million USD, seized (one of the properties seized was the Chilanbagh complex in Korla).
