He is originally from the No. 2 Group in Shaqur Village, Lengger Township in Korla (库尔勒市兰干乡夏库尔村), where he started his career by selling pears and developing orchards, before going into the restaurant business and eventually real estate. He is a father of four. Rozi Haji Hemdul, a 43-years-old real estate mogul and owner of Xinjiang Rozi Haji Ltd. and Korla Chilanbagh Property Ltd. Originally from Shaqur village (夏库尔村), Lenger township (兰干乡), Korla city, Bayinguolin Mongol autonomous prefecture (Testimony 7: No. 2 Group).
