Testimony 2: the testifier went to Yining on August 8, 2019 to see his wife and son and stayed for 20 days. During that period he witnessed that ethnic Han were living together with his wife and son from time to time.

They decided to move to Kazakhstan for good in 2017 yet she and her son could not get their passports back from the local authorities. Now her husband and a daughter live in Kazakhstan.
