about the victim

His full name is Esqerjan Kirem. He's an ethnic Uyghur from Korla City. After graduating from university, he went on to work as a multimedia engineer for different companies in the private sector in both Urumqi and Korla. Esqerjan is a father of one. His full name is Asqerjan Keram, in Chinese pinyin spelled as Aisikeerjiang Keranmu. He is ethnic Uyghur, born on July 11, 1984 and living in Korla city. His Chinese id card number is 652801198406110517. After his university graduation, he works as multimedia engineer in different companies in private sector in Urumqi and Korla. I totally lost my contact with my brother since October 2016. He has no any previous record of violating any kind of local government's rules/policies. He is a father of one. To the best of my knowledge, he has been taken into one of the concentration camps in Korla city since one and half year ago. I don't know anything about his whereabouts since then.
