about the victim

Abduveli Hasan, was studying at Al-Azhar university in Egypt. On July 7th, 2017, Ilminur and Abduveli were planning to go to Turkey together. However, he was detained at Alexandria airport in Egypt. After a week, he was transferred to Cairo. In the following 2 months, Ilminur had some contact with him. He was detained along with other Uyghur students that time. 16 of them were deported back to China and Abduveli was one of them.
