Zakir Memet (扎克尔.麦麦提) was 34 at the time of disappearance. About 2 weeks after the unrest in Urumqi, on the 15th of July, Zakir Memet was arrested from his neighborhood in Urumqi (Bulak Beshi 2nd St). Zakir Memet was arrested alongside Muxter Mexet. No further information has been disclosed concerning either of these men.
