I don’t know if she’s not arrested, as I’m worried about her well-being I’m registering her.

additional information

I used to contact them by calling my grandfather’s phone number 13899127711, phone rings but no one picks it up.
As the the owner of that number believed to have died in a camp in Kashgar, I think prior to being taken to the camp phone subscription fee is set to be automatically deducted.
