Daulethan Mungulzhanuly, born on October 5, 1985, is a Chinese citizen. His Chinese ID number is 654126198510051052. He visited Kazakhstan in 2014. He was sent to the political re-education camp in March 2018 and his wife (Tursyngul Tursynbai) has been attending the political courses during the day. His 65-year-old mother cannot even ask for the detention reason as she was warned of being sent to the camp as well. There is a Han government worker who visits their family on a daily basis to check if they have any contacts with Kazakhstan and teaches their youngest daughter Chinese.
