The allegations against her were that she participated in member gatherings of the Church of Almighty God (CAG) on numerous occasions, watched, studied and exchanged CAG "contents", [sic] "received arrangements from her elder sister Meng Xiumei", and used the shop she operated to store, receive, and relay CAG instructions, books, video materials, and more. She was additionally alleged to have donated 800 RMB to the CAG during the period from 2011 to 2013, which her elder sister, Meng Xiumei, allegedly then used to buy a mobile hard disk for use in "producing videos that fabricate and distort the facts".
