Enwer Qutluq Nezeri. He was born in Kelpin county of Aksu prefecture on November 16th, 1971. In 1990, he was accepted by the Xinjiang Normal University without an entrance exam. He was a prolific writer, poet, and editor at Xinjiang TV station.
