His wife later reported to the police that Tursun being in camp had resulted in their business partners not returning money they had borrowed from Tursun. Following the complaint, Tursun was allowed to return home on both December 20, 2018 and December 21, 2018, in order to sort out these matters. Taken to camp at an unspecified date.
