Taken into custody by the Weihuliang Police Station on June 29, 2017, but released on August 30, 2017 as he suffers from acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.

On April 29, 2018, he was criminally detained on suspicion of theft, spending 20 days in the hospital for treatment and the rest in the No. 1 Pre-Trial Detention Center, to be released on bail pending trial on September 28, 2018.

In late November 2018, the neighborhood administration recommended that he be taken back to camp as his health tests showed that he was now in good health. Taken into custody by the Weihuliang Police Station on June 29, 2017, but released on August 30, 2017 as he suffers from acquired immunodeficiency syndrome.
