His name is Subat Abduweli. He was born on the 8th of January 1997 in Yegi Yer Township, Ghulja. He is a middle school graduated businessman. He started to do business in Turkey in 2014 and went back for several times.

In Boz Prison in Ghulja city. [This is the Ghulja City Pre-Trial Detention Center.]

chronology of detention(s)

In August 2016, he went back to Ghulja. On 10th of April 2017, he was taken to the camp and released after 6 months. Then, on the 24th of November 2017, he was again taken to the camp and spent a year and half in Boz and Yengi Hayat Prison. Then again, on the 30th of April 2019, he was released. But, on the 24th of March 2020, he was detained again and taken to Boz Prison in Ghulja City.

According to the testifier Miss Dilnare, the victim is now in Boz Prison in Ghulja City. (but he hasn't been sentenced yet)

how testifier(s) learned of victim's situation

Testifier 1 learnt it from her relatives in Ghulja city.
Testifier 2 says that he learnt if from relatives when he called his them in Ghulja on the 28th of last month (as of April 2020).
