chronology of detention(s)

He was criminally detained on September 10, 2009 and held at the Nanguan Police Station (南关所), then at the Tianshan Pre-Trial Detention Center. He was officially taken into custody on January 11, 2010. On January 28, 2010, he was sentenced to 6 years in prison, and transferred to the Bayingolin Prison on February 12 of the same year. As of 2017-2018, the victim was listed, together with approximately 8000 other people, as belonging to the WASFRY group (危安释放人员, or "endangering (state) security released persons"). All of these people were specified as being entered into the iTap surveillance system on July 27, 2017. [It is assumed that the victim was initially detained at some point before 2017, as the seriousness of the charge makes it very unlikely that they were both detained and released in 2017 or later. It is not known if the victim was detained again after their release, though this is likely if they were in the region in 2017-2018, as many of the people in the list have sensitive (red/orange-level) police tags, and as WASFRY is itself an orange-level tag.]

[There is a strong likelihood of his being subjected to labor at the Bayingolin Prison, as the Bosheng Agriculture and Livestock LLC is documented as having its offices and production units there.] Not specified. [There is a very high likelihood of the victim being in detention - given the sensitivity of the WASFRY tag, given many people on the WASFRY list having other sensitive tags, and given the majority of the better documented victims in the list being reported as detained in the post-2017 period also. However, it is also possible that the victim left the region/country prior to the mass incarcerations of 2017-2018, and thereby escaped detention.]
