Her younger sister's husband got arrested and imprisoned for life in 2010. Their family is constantly being harassed after that. So she came to saudi Arabia with her husband in 2012. She lost contact with her family since late 2016.

He served 2 years in prison 20+ years ago because of religious reasons. In late 2016, he told the testifier not to contact them and told her they're not having a normal life.
