how testifier(s) learned of victim's situation

RFA made phone calls to Korla to get information and during the interview, they learned about the victim's status. Also, Elijan Emet, one of the founders of the "606" language school and lives in Belgium, told RFA that he has learned the victim's status as well when he was interviewed.
