current location
Testimony 1: Believed to be detained in Ghulja (either at the Baykol Prison [Ili Women's Prison] or the "prison" at Yengi'hayat [presumably the Ghulja City Administrative Detention Center]).
chronology of detention(s)
According to an anonymous source (T1), Munira went to the Ghulja City PSB in June 2020 and requested permission to have a video chat with her husband. Her request was denied.
On the bus back home, a Kyrgyz businesswoman asked about her husband, and Munira started crying.
Munira was arrested from her home the following night.
According to the anonymous source (T1), she was subsequently sentenced to 10 years in prison.
An anonymous police officer (T2) confirmed that she was sentenced, but said that her sentence was for three years, not 10.

The victim was (allegedly) charged with "revealing state secrets" for crying about her husband's detention in front of a Kyrgyz businesswoman.
last reported status
The victim has been sentenced to at least three years in prison and is presumably still detained.
how testifier(s) learned of victim's situation
T1: Unclear.
T2: The police officer presumably had access to official information about the victim.
