Nurtai Suleiman was forced to sign a 1-year labour contract at the "Ziyan Fan" factory, located at coordinates 43°57'32.72" (N), 81°28'43.54" (E).

Although the exact dates of his forced labour programme are unknown, he was presumably forced to sign the contract at around the same time as the testifier (27 December 2018). It is reported that he sewed bags.
