Rozi Tohti (the victim) was reportedly never notified of the death of Nabijan Rozi (son of victim). [According to the same testifier, Nabijan Rozi (son of victim) perished in a fire that engulfed the dormitory in which he was made to sleep after being sent to Aksu Prefecture to pick cotton as part of a forced labour programme.]
