Testimony 5: The Ili Prefecture People's Procuratorate sent him a document in August 16, 2019 accusing him of "being suspected of assisting in terrorist activities" (for sending money to relatives in Australia on July 3, 2013, via the local Ghulja City Bank of China, to help them buy a house).
